StarDar: I’m a simple woman that lives in the Adirondack Mountains in New York. As of right now, I’m an unemployed Elementary/Special Education Teacher (thanks for our stupid governor and the crappy economy). I can’t wait until I can have my own classroom again…it’s where I belong! I am writing a blog to help keep myself accountable. I started using an app called Lose It! on my Ipod. This blog with show my journey through this process of learning to eat healthier and to become more active (plus any of life events might be thrown in the as well). I am looking at this like a diary. I have never written a diary before, so I warn you ahead of time it might be bad. I plan on writing as I go and not worrying about grammar or proper English, so if you are one of those people that need EVERYTHING to be perfect I suggest you stop reading now (if you haven’t already…haha). This is my second blog. You can find my first blog at http://stardar.wordpress.com/ I have two because a lot of people on Lose It! have theirs on blogger.com, so I thought it would be easier to start following their journeys that way.
